Facilitation is simply a hybrid of workshops and coaching -- you have the content and knowledge, and decide what is worthy of exploration and reflection; I ask new questions, challenge your assumptions, bring new perspectives or stories, ideate, synthesise and synchronise, or guide you through applying a process. We come back to the person as we problem-solve and action-plan, in a friendly, yet pragmatic way. The magic is in our interaction.
